In addition to our Code Enforecement and Project/Construction Management services, K2 Engineering, Inc. offers a wide range of Engineering services.

Municipal Engineering

All areas of civil and environmental engineering services that are needed to achieve the difficult problems that face Municipal Governments. The ability to improve existing Municipal works or design state of the art new facilities to improve the standard of living within the community served by Municipal Governments.

Sanitary Engineering

Applying modern state of the art techniques to lessen the impact of Human Refuse and make possible the ability to provide Clean Water and other human health services to the Community.

Land Use Planning

Using land efficiently for the benefit of the wider economy and population as well as to protect the environment. Bringing together many methods to improve existing architecture and make a more aesthetic impact upon the Community.

Boundary/Land Survey

Determination of the property lines of a parcel of land described in a deed. Also indicating the extent of any easements or encroachments and may show the limitations imposed on the property by state or local regulations.

Survey and Stakeout

After the determination of the property lines described in the deed have been made. The placing of monuments (usually wooden stakes) and marking of property lines. Also the marking of a large construction project with monuments.

Lot Layout

Use of modern technology to design the most efficient and aesthetically pleasing project to best suit the Community or Individual.
